Kim is the Director of Marketing at Smith Complete Wealth, where she manages communications and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for all the firm’s clients—current and prospective. Before joining the Smith Complete Wealth team, Kim worked for NASA in their Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer program—an early-stage tech investment program—where she oversaw communications and marketing. Kim’s professional background also includes running investor communications at Harris Associates and the Oakmark Funds.
Kim lives in Spring Hill, Tennessee with her husband, James, and daughter. Outside of work, you can find her cheering on her daughter’s dance team, cooking up a new recipe, or spending time outdoors with her family.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
